I have him ranked because his ceiling is higher than guys like McCarron, Murray and Mettenberger. I think those three are all about the same, what separates Manziel from them is his ability to create. Pros and Cons to all four were pretty much a wash to me, so I went with the guy who has the potential to be great if the stars align.

Dee Ford barely edged him out. Barely. I thought Ford was a little more consistent.

I agree. Attaochu is pretty raw, but his potential is alot higher than Fords. Ford may be more of an impact player year 1, but by year 2/3 I think Attaochu will be years ahead of him.

The only differences I'd have on my list would be:

    1) Jordan Matthews as the 3rd best WR after Evans.
    2) JaWuan James as the 5th best OT and take Richardson off the list completely.
    3) Van Noy as the 3rd best OLB followed by Ford then Smith.
    4) Andrew Jackson as the 5th ILB over Borland.

I do think Jordan Matthews is pretty underrated this year, but his problem isn't his skill, but rather the guys in the class. A very crowded WR class this year. I mean, Mel Kiper doesn't have him ranked in his top 10 WRs. I think that's asinine. He's definitely better than guys like Josh Huff, Robert Herron and Jarvis Landry.

I'd say the two spots I struggled with the most were Lee and Evans at WR and Richardson as the fifth tackle.

If you ask me who is the smoothest athlete in this draft I'll say Marqise Lee. That guy makes running fast and accelerating look easy. With Evans you have a giant who has only been playing football since midway through high school and two years of college, so there is a lot of untapped potential.

With Richardson, I keep going back to the SC game in 2012 when he kept Clowney in check for 99% of the game. Is he the guy who dominates Clowney for two straight years or the guy who struggles with Dante Fowler and Dominic Easley?

If I had split the 4-3 DTs into two different categories for 1-technique and 3-technique he would have been in there. I just put them all together.

This isn't rate his character it's rate his talent and skill. You probably wouldn't want Josh Gordon on your team either.

Alright, J. Football Fan Club members, lets not turn this into a Manziel debate thread. God knows we have enough of that going on in just about every other thread in this sub forum.
