    Tommy does come off as a bit of a goober. He seems uncomfortable speaking though so maybe that's all it is.

    I like how he's handling himself. Honest, humble and with a sense of humor. I like that his key emphasis seems to be flexibility with regard to scheme and personnel, both on offense and defense.
    Now the question is which assistants can he bring in and how is his rapport with the players.
