Actually Munch came out and said they wanted to look at options this off season.

    Locker is Webers guy.

I like the hire, I like the fact that we're not going with the usual "Oiler/Titans" retreads and we are FINALLY starting to build this franchise with a true, new blood approach for the first time in decades!

All I've read on here for years is how we need a clean slate, break away from in house hires, blah blah blah, and now we finally do that and those same guys are still crying. Some people just look at everything as the "glass is half empty" and will never be truly happy. I think those same guys would even find something to nit-pick even if we won the Superbowl..lol!

Of all the coaches available he was one of the best options available and we were able to land him even though there were better choices available for him. Give credit to the Titans for being aggressive and decisive for going out there and out selling the other teams (especially the Lions with a much more talented roster) and landing their guy.

Whether Whisenhunt is the guy to lead us to the promise land or not is yet to be seen of course but either way this move shows the Titans, as an organization, does care about getting this franchise back on track and is willing to be aggressive and do what it takes to change the culture and attitude of this franchise. That alone is a breath of fresh air and should be celebrated by ALL Titans fans! I'm behind Wizz 100% and finally have something to look forward to next season!

I think this is where most fans stand as well. Have faith in his talent, leadership, etc. Have zero faith in his ability to stay healthy. Doesn't matter how talented you are if you aren't on the field.

    Sadly, I'm over him.

I don't know. They were pretty desperate for a qb at the time and everyone was swinging from Kolbs nuts even though he hadn't done much. I would say they both wanted him.

Andy Reid and the Eagles front office robbed them blind.

Reaching for a QB at 11 not named Bridgewater or Bortles would be a WAY bigger mistake than giving Locker another chance.

I am cautiously optimistic that he may be able to stay more healthy than he did in the past. Matt Stafford was once nicknamed "China Doll" and now has played three years in a row without injury.

C'mon man... It was clearly a joke.

It's obviously ridiculous... and no one believes it to be true.

You take everything so damn seriously. Every single one of your posts comes with a pretty arrogant, uptight attitude... just sayin'. You could lighten up a bit.

Whisenhunt was all in on the trade for Kolb. We have several quotes to that effect. People need to stop talking like it was something forced upon him.

Locker is going to get his chance to start no matter what. Question is who is he competing against?

I'm sure KW had a role in that.. You don't often hear of coaches who are chained to QBs without their consent. Fisher-VY was a strange case.
