Titans hire Ken Whisenhunt

p.s. who was the media guy who at the first day said we were in no way interested in whisenhunt lol. I member seeing that a lot and being like ok and totally crossed him off the list. I thought the interview was just a time filler till Quinn was able to be interviewed. plus everyone and there mom acting like whisenhunt was a lion for shizzle.

I wasn't thrilled with Whisenhunt, but let's be honest: We got one of the hottest candidates (if not the hottest) to come here over more talented teams. I think all the haters need to be a bit more gracious, myself included.

I'm excited for what Whis can bring to the table.. we need a high powered offensive guy in today's NFL. I'm not thrilled about switching to a 3-4, but oh well. Plenty of head coaches do much better their second time around. Some great things can be done with Whis.

 

I leave for like three hours and you guys start talking about bringing in Kirk Cousins? What the hell?

 

Maybe we can trade for Favre

 

At least Favre used to be good. Talking heads were saying Cousins was worth "maybe a first" after seeing him throw a handful of passes last season. I'll never understand that. The guy is a day-three pick and then he throws less than 80 passes in the NFL and someone is supposedly going to give up a king's ransom for him.

That's why bad teams stay bad.

 

You probably couldn't even get Cousins for a first right now. The guy was insurance for RG3 and right now RG3 has some serious question marks. They are not giving up their insurance policy because it wouldn't make sense.

 

Noooooooooooo, dammit. This guy had a sub 500 record with the Cards went to a SB and lost with K Warner and two all-world WRs. I wanted someone more fiery, I wanted to give Bissacia a chance. This organization loves the mild tempered coaches wtf.
