Hey now, we are inexperienced at this whole head coaching search. This is new and exciting to us.

Dan Quinn was a defensive coordinator at the University of Florida, as well.

Can Greg Williams be a defensive coordinator? I thought he was still under probation or whatever you want to call it. I thought he has to have Goodells permission to do anything else.

So, some of you want to bring in the new guy and force him to take an existing staff member as his D-coordinator?

If the new coach isn't allowed to build his own staff I fear for the future of the franchise.

Man no one is going to be happy no matter who we hire huh?

I guess that's the point of forums, to let people b*tch.

Darrell Bevel worked with Brett Farve in Green Bay and Minnesota, I think he learned a thing or two about QB's.

I'm sure Brett Farve had more say in the playcalling than Bevell did. And if I remember correctly Farve's first season in Minnesota was pretty good 33 TD's and 7 INT's

In Seattle, they have no weapons, no WR's no TE's, they have a good QB and a good RB. He is working with what he has, I'm sure he would do the same here in Tennessee. That doesn't mean he will run CJ like Lynch and tings like dat.

Their style of offense is beneficial to a defense as well. It all really goes hand in hand. I think either of Seattles guys would follow that recipe. I love what they do up there on both sides of the ball. Particularly with the big guys in the secondary on defense.

Meh... I'm good with whoever they choose. But I'd like Roman, Zimmer, Horton... in that order.
