CJ was more effective at converting 3rd and short or 4th and short than greene was this year!

More injuries, less receiving yardage and TD's too. He'll turn 15 yd CJ runs into 5 yard runs. Although, he would turn some CJ no gainers into a yard or 2.

A guy has the 11th most rushing yards in the NFL with the way this offensive line played and an OC who doesn't have a clue and he's a terrible RB? Do people honestly think another RB would have torn the league up running behind this o-line? People have convinced themselves SHON GREENE! would have done better had he been the starter?!

Blocking was significantly worse in 2012. And :cj: put up much better numbers. 4.5 yards per carry. Blocking is not the issue with :cj:.

I love CJ and would love to see more years of him here, but I honestly think it is time to move on. He just isn't a great fit for our offense anymore, and when he was he was our ONLY offense. Put CJ in a Saints uniform and I think he would be dangerous! We need a back that can get 3 yards on a 1st down consistently. You can't pound the football with CJ and that is what we are trying to do, so why pay 8-10 mil a year? It would be great if some playoff team got desperate for a back and we traded him.

My question is why did the Titans pay a guy so much money and then try to run an offense that doesn't fit his style? That's just straight up dumb.

I'm sure they are scratching their heads and saying, "why didn't this work?"

Adrian Peterson had 6 games of 65 yards or lower (3 of which were under 60, one which was for 13 yards). He also ran for a total of 1266 yards a whopping 189 yards more than CJ this season behind a much better O-line. By your standards AP is a scrub too.

It's insane how this has become the common belief in here isn't it.
