Pollard: Ref’s admission came too late

    10-15 years ago Pollard would've been a damn hall of famer. I love this guy and his struggles in coverage are overstated, I've seen much much worse.

    He does make a very valid point. Griff didn't mean to hit Rivera the way he did and it cost him a game check.

    The ref probably didn't mean to make the bad call and what's he get? Nothing.

    They need to factor in intent into these calls/fines.

    everyone who saw that game knew it was a bad call. No wonder defensive backs are going for the knees now, they're being forced to play that way.
