Pre-Game Thread Game 8: Titans @ Rams

Locker looks like a deer in the headlights now. It was more than obvious they were going to blitz and he couldn't adjust at all. Jesus, just awful looking offense again, and again, and again...

You guys gotta relax, its rather sad how quick some fans hit the panic button.

 

Guys we are playing a solid Rams team. They beat the Texans by 25 and played Seattle to 5 point loss. They arent pushovers. I know everyone wants to beat Fisher bad but this will be a close game thru out. As long as we win it shouldnt matter. We need close games, it will show us what we are made of in these moments. If you cant win close games, your not a playoff team, simple as that.

Rams are playing with more energy too. We look a bit flat, but we are playing soft zone and not blitzing enough, or when we are we arent getting there. Rams are a Fisher team, which means they will rely on their front 4 to get pressure. We need to do more swing passes and get some screens. Let the D over pursue. This dropping back 3-5 steps against a pass rush upfront isnt going to work. Halftime is coming up, if we can get a stop and get at least a FG we can put the pressure back on the Rams. Because we are putting pressure on ourselves and the Rams are too. Otto is getting beat, you have to change up plays to what your players are capable of executing. Screens!

 

We are getting our asses kicked up front... on both sides right now.

Sickens me to say this but Rams are playing Jeff Fisher football and outperforming us. Winning the battle in the trenches on both sides.

If they take a lead here, + they get ball in 3rd, I'm officially worried.
