I think the Pats approach is getting multiple picks for one of theirs, not spending several picks to move up a couple places to draft a receiver who has not performed as well post injury. He has the build and used to have the hands, but I suppose you gamble big and hope for the best.

Lol wow. You do realize the Titans have been sold out every game since moving here? Before Justin Hunter was picked.

    You're retarded.

I'm a Vandy fan and I don't hate the pick.

Deep speed. I can't remember when the Titans had that threat. The pick is growing on me.

Which is why I said that stock-piling picks is the area the two are dissimilar.

I wonder what the reaction would've been if we had taken a WR not from the University of Tennessee in the 2nd. I have a feeling it might have been slightly different.

I'm a UT fan. I think hunter is the best WR in the draft. I would have been upset if we took Austin or Patterson in the first. I would have been ok with the Cal kid or the usc kid in the second, but I do think hunter is better, as do most scouts.

Very good pick! I'm a cross-bred USC (since 1961) / UT (since 1991) dude and have watched both Woods and Hunter for years. I would have gone for Woods. But, I see great potential in Hunter. His jump and running abilities will put him head and shoulders (literally) above the competition. Those puny DBs are gonna get stuffed! We'll need to tuff'en him up a bit. With Hunter and our other various receivers we'll keep Jake pass-happy and the scoreboard humming.
