Based off my readings and a little gameplay footage I have seen of him...he can collapse the pocket and create opportunities for the Titans DEs... clog up the holes in the middle of the line... very athletic for his size... i'd like to see him and mike martin in the middle... wimbley and dummervil (if we so happen to sign him) on the outside... if we can nail bernard pollard a contract our defense should shape up into a more aggressive unit

I'm nervous. too, that he might be Shaun Smith Part II. I hope I'm wrong though. Hill has more upside than Smith and he's not a journeyman like Smith was. I think that was the first red flag for me in regards to Smith.

We signed Hill to a 3 year $11.4M deal.

Lions signed Jason Jones to a 3 year $9.5M deal.

Maybe i'm just stupid but i think Jones is the better player. By far, and they are the same age.

The Lions obviously agree with me.

We needed a bigger bodied DT, not another 3-tech like Jason Jones.
