I'd keep an eye out for the Browns this season. I don't expect them to make the playoffs right away, but so many changes have been made already.

New owner, new GM, new HC, new OC, new DC.

I'd expect 7-9 or 8-8 for them this season and playoffs the next year. All up to Weeden and/or whoever is their QB the next few years.

Good teams(8-8 or better) that will get worse: Patriots, Bengals, Steelers, Broncos, Redskins, Cowboys, Bears, Vikings
Patriots: Really hope they get worse haha...their whole team is old.
Bengals: I think their thuggish ways will come out of them eventually.
Steelers: Done for now, they'll be back though.
Broncos: maybe one more good year, but Peyton might not even hold on that long
Redskins: traded away like 6 early draft picks for an educated Mike Vick.
    Cowboys: Suck
Bears: Cutler will never be a winner...his teammates hate him
Vikings: losing Harvin will be tough because he made their QB look decent...AP's getting older

Good teams that will stay good for a minute: 49ers, Seahawks, Falcons, Packers, Giants, Ravens, Colts, Texans
49ers: Unless Kapernick ends up not being as good as he was in his short time.
    Seahawks: - Wilson - - - - - - - - -
Falcons: Matty Ice is entering his prime...Roddy and Julio will be great for a while
Packers: Rodgers best QB in the league, still in his prime with a great young team
Giants: Some good young RBs and Eli has plenty of time left
Ravens: I think they've drafted well enough to cover for the huge losses their going to take.
    Colts: Andrew Luck
    Texans: They ain't goin nowhere.

if they can get mike wallace and a qb like tyler wilson that would do them wonders i think....i could actually see them trading back in this draft to pick up some more picks so they can get depth as they are only a 3-4 players away from making a run...

if they trade back and pick up an additional second and can still get a player like jarvis jones...it would do their defense wonders

Wanna bet that they go one and done next year (unless they get to face the Bengals again) and are back to 8-8 or worse by the end of 2014?

Kubiak is fired by the end 2015.

The Texans will take a step back.

I expect the Broncos, Ravens and Pats to go hard next year in the AFC.

Texans will win the South but 2013 will probably be the last year for awhile.

If you're not on the rise, are you on the decline?

    Are we stagnant or declining?

I think we're in decline but not in a total free fall. I think if we land the right FAs and bring in a solid draft class we could be considered a rising team. But rising and being good are two very different things haha.
