Worst Team We've Fielded Here As Titans With No Relief In Sight

2004 and 2005 were lean years but we knew it was only temporary and things would be on the right track once more.Things were taken care of eventually and all was well once again of course.However this is the very first time since i started as a fan back in '99 where i honestly can't see how this disastrous direction we are headed in is going to change.There isn't really anyone or anything that can change the way things are going.Well actually there is i'm just hoping for once he does the right thing.That person would be the owner Bud Adams who can definitely change things for the better by firing every single person on that team who dares call themselves an NFL caliber coach.Its time to bring in some fresh blood to turn this thing around because its definitely headed in the wrong direction.Time to bring in someone who can help turn things around they way they need to be.Since 2009 this is now the fourth straight season we have missed the playoffs.A team i like to think of is the Atlanta Falcons in 2008 they brought in a whole new outfit of coaches and that team has been to the playoffs and had winning seasons going on five straight years.Time to move on from all the people who might have connections to the team from the past because that is not going to work anymore.Owner Bud Adams once and for all needs to look outside the organization and if he is serious about winning he will do whatever it takes regardless of the price.We need to bring in solid coaches who are rising through the ranks and are hungry for a shot to do great things and turn things around here in Tennessee.Time to part with Munchak and his staff and look for their replacements once this season is history.Hopefully thats what will happen once the smoke clears and the disastrous 2012 season is over.

 

This is worse to me because not only do we have a big question mark at QB we also have the worst defense in the entire league.It seems like we are supposed to be getting better but instead we are getting worse.I'm hoping they keep most of the players who are proving themselves but they need to run every single coach on this team out of the building.Keep the best guys on our roster and cut the rest then draft the best player at each position we need help at.Then bring in coaches who will put their blood and sweat into turning this entire team around.
