    Well Jurrell ... our 4-9 record is a little embarrasing if you ask me. If you and your teammates (and coaches) aren't ready for the job, then maybe you shouldn't do it either.

    I do enjoy laughing at Sanchez as much as anyone. He does suck, but you shouldn't be making these comments when your team is 4-9. Its as bad as Cam Newton celebrating TDs when his team is losing by 20 pts.
