The flag is for the new German Republic. If you want to compare them to Nazi's then you want the flag of the German Reich. [IMG]

You may also want to include some communist symbolism: [IMG]

Or the white feather of cowardice: [IMG]

    Or something French: [IMG]

Two separate arguments, IMO. Higher draft picks have more value based on the contracts they receive but it doesn't guarantee a better player.

Four more losses likely puts the Titans in the top 3-5 instead of 8-12. That guarantees squat except more options.

They have higher value IF and that's a big IF they pan out hence why I said crapshoot. My point was very simple. You don't lose games on purpose to secure a higher draft pick because a top 5 MIGHT be better than a top 20. Not rocket science.

It guarantees a higher probability of picking a better player.

Whether or not they pan out is totally irrelevant to the argument. I still can't fathom how you're arguing that the #3 pick is not worth more than the #15 pick...

3rd pick has more trade value and there are more options in the pool of players. Those reasons alone make it more valuable then any pick after it.

From the stats I posted before, 37% of the top 12 the last 7 or 8 years have been probowlers. Every pick after the previous one the percentage goes down. That's as cut and dry as it gets.

My whole point is, a higher draft pick is more valuable than a lower one. If you want to get into the importance of winning now vs losing to acquire a higher pick, that's a whole other argument which I still think is pretty much a landslide victory for higher picks.

Hopefully. But it guarantees nothing because teams rank players differently. And team need impacts that rank.
