The Titans lost right tackle David Stewart for the season in the first quarter of Sunday’s game against the Texans with a fractured right leg.

Stewart was taken off the field on a cart after being placed in an air cast.

Mike Otto replaced Stewart in the lineup.

Stewart was injured when Texans linebacker Barrett Ruud, a former Titan, fell on his leg on a play when quarterback Jake Locker connected with tight end Jared Cook on a 25-yard gain.
