Ummm... It's pretty much the same Georgia team that lost by multiple TDs in the Georgia Dome to the Boise State Broncos... minus some NFL players.

Georgia played the easiest schedule in the sec. Only 2 top 25 teams on their schedule and were blown out by one of them. They never had to play Bama, LSU, A&M, or even Miss St.

If Florida is not without 3 starting o-linemen and if they don't fumble the ball at the Georgia 1 yard line it is unbeaten Florida playing Bama for the shot at ND and ranked #2.

I think Bama can run the ball on Georgia. Georgia's defense is playing great of late but that is largely because their last 6 opponents have been weak offensively. SC ran the ball on them and Tennessee put 44 points up on them.

That's really the game right there. Who can run the ball the best. The QBs are even it is just matter of who has the better running game to set up the play action.

They also committed the cardinal sin of the sec by losing to a big ten team last year in their bowl game. They lost to Mich St.

I know it is a different year but it is hard not to think of that. Georgia a team that can't beat the same types of teams that Bama dominates.

Bama owned the big ten even before Saban got there.

Murray is wayyyy better than McCarron as far as a passer. But I think Bama will win. If Georgia wins I think Oregon should be in the NC.

You can't get blown out like Georgia did against USC and tell me they're the best team in the Nation.

The SEC Champ is going to be in the national title. What has Oregon done except for beating up on teams with no defense?

Who has georgia beaten besides florida? Georgia barely beat Kentucky, and the dogs played the easiest SEC schedule of any team this season and in recent history.

USC smacked them around. No question the cocks are better than the Bulldogs. Oregon wouldn't get smacked around like that by anyone in the nation.

Doesn't even matter because Bama will handle Georgia and probably handle ND. Georgia will be in the Capital One Bowl where they belong...

I'm not saying Georgia is all that great but there is no way the SEC Champ isn't in the title game. If you want to play the schedule game with UGA yeah it's not very impressive but they did beat UF and if they beat Bama that's two wins against top 5 teams. Oregon's best win? Unranked USC? Washington? Oregon St? Then the one team that was actually good and had a defense they lost and only scored 14 points.
