Everything the Titans do the rest of the season needs to be about getting young players experience and evaluating whether or not they should be part of the team's future.

I'm wanting to see a lot more Damian Williams. He seems to do well when given the opportunity but is too far down the depth chart to get much work. He only has one more year so he needs to be on the field.

Jared Cook becomes a UFA at the end of this season. A new OC might be able to utilize him better but he's been inconsistent this season when given opportunities (both as a receiver and blocker). I want to see more Taylor Thompson and whether or not he was worth the pick. I suspect Cook will be franchised just because Thompson won't be ready.

I move Babs to special teams the rest of the season and play Robert Johnson, Afalava or whoever else is on the roster and see if anyone can show any indication they can play in the secondary.

Mouton is a UFA next season and I think they've decided he'll walk but, if not, there needs to be no doubts.

Not as much a big deal but Quinn becomes a UFA as well. Get him more work and decide whether or not they need to extend him.

Reynaud has shown me less and less at RB. I think he needs more reps down the stretch as does Harper once he's healthy. There will be some big decisions needing to be made at RB. An upgrade at RB depth might be one of them.

Remember Tommie Campbell? All we heard this camp was how far he'd come along as a corner. He could be on a milk carton now. Get him work or get him gone.

Finally, is Rusty #2 material? I don't want to take any snaps from Locker but there is no reason for Hasselbeck to be the #2. Rusty needs to get the scout team during the week and, if Locker does get hurt, get into the game.

If the Titans are interested in building towards the future, they need to take some serious looks at roster depth and know with certainty who is worth keeping on the roster moving forward.

Agreed. He had a solid game. That over the shoulder catch was sweet, and almost had a TD. Perhaps if it was a dome and there wasn't a shadow it might of been. But, as a #4 WR he doesn't get many looks. Another reason why the whole Kendall debate will come back up... with so many holes on this team was a 1st round receiver necessary? I do like Kendall, but you get the point.

I'm done with Jared Cook. All he does is complain about not getting looks, suck at blocking, and drop a minimum of 2 balls a game. Then he will have one good play and everyone forgets and talks about his potential. Newsflash: his potential will never be met. He is one of the few players who seems to care on this team, but he's requested a trade and I just can't see him returning. Taylor Thompson, time to see what you can do. Thompson has elite size and amazing blocking ability, but can he be a different maker on the receiving end? Before you say, he was a late rounder and won't be anything, look up Antonio Gates draft day. Anything is possible.

I wish Markell wasn't on the IR. Babs is terrible, but so is Robert Johnson. Perhaps time to see Afalava as a starter? He brings the boom, but not sure how he'll hold up an entire season? He's gotten starter minutes in Chicago, why not here. Potentially our starting SS next year? Ugh.

Forget Mouton, I still hate him for losing that NYJ games a couple years ago. He shouldn't even be on this team, let alone playing.

    I wanted Colin Mooney.

He won't be back next year. Marc Mariani will be back returning the ball and Reynauld hasn't shown anything on the offensive side of the ball. Reynaud has had one good return, and other than that... he's done nothing.

He's fast, but has a box of rocks for a brain.

The rifle is ready to be our starting QB. Time to trade Jake Locker for a 7th and start Rusty. Just kidding, obviously. But I would like to see Rusty once we're getting spanked by the Texans and GB.. get him some minutes.

That's the problem though. Not good decision making. Signing Griffin to a 5 year deal. I don't think a single person on here was happy about that and we were clearly right.

Cook looked pretty awful dropping balls that hit him in his hands.

Should've traded him for something when we had the chance.

That guy woulda sucked under a 1-year deal, Front Office knows that, he's a head case. They decided to keep him so they had to extend him to get anything from him. You know there were no options for us at FS.

I'm the biggest Griffin critic around and I'm fine with the deal they gave him. It was a smart deal that doesn't hurt the cap at any point.

If you ask me they never intended on paying him in 2014, but franchising him this coming off season would cost around $13M (if we franchised him last year instead of re-signing him), it was wise to "extend" him.

Obviously we all hate the guy, how could we not, his play is crap. But we were once again in a pickle with no easy fix.

The real culprits here are Vince Young and Kenny Britt.

If it weren't for Young, we'd never of needed to use a top pick on a QB, and same for Kenny, he forced us to take Wright instead of building our team.

Yep, if they could read a playbook and not get in legal trouble.. we'd probably be pretty darn good right now. I'd also like to throw Derrick Morgan in the conversation.
