Zombie mike can't come back with his cast of losers an he? If you look at what a change did in San Fran went from a laughingstock to a top team with minimal personnel changes. The one thing they did change was the head coach and his staff.

They also have Aldon Smith, Justin Smith, Patrick Willis, Frank Gore, a great OL, Vernon Davis etc.

Singletary wasn't a good HC, Harbaugh took over a pretty decent team.

As for us, who coaches, no idea. As long as it is a new OC and DC.

I think it depends on the next five games.

Bud will want to keep Munch for his final season but, if he wants a new OC/DC, he's going to have to be willing to offer a three-year deal to the new coordinators or fire everyone.

I do not care as long as Munch and company are shown the door.

I bet my dearly loved Doberman that Munch will be the coach next year.

Reggie Bush fumbles against us and gets benched, and Ted Ginn muffled a punt in this game and he gets benched.

I understand that mistakes will happen, but that to me is a coach who expects more out of his players and teaches them a valuable lesson.

Being a life-long Oiler/Titan fan, it pains me to say it, but Munch has to go. There's no discernible improvement from last year to this year. I'm tired of having a team that can't score on offense, and can't keep the opponent from scoring on defense. I'm tired of having to look under the cushions for post-loss positives. You know what's positive? Winning. That's a positive. Most of all, I'm tired of having a team that is irrelevant on the NFL landscape. I do not place all the blame of the current state of the team on Munch's shoulders however; I had the lowest possible expectations for our offense when Chris Palmer was announced as our OC, and he has fulfilled those expectations admirably. He was though, given the timing of Munch's ascension to the head coach position, essentially the only option available. I get that. This team also had substantial opportunities to better itself during the off-season sabotaged by its owner Bud Adams - when the team desperately needed a new center, Bud opened his fat mouth and salivated over Pay-me-a-ton Manning, and in doing so eliminated the possibility of practical improvement. The possibility of two new coordinators is the only avenue which I see will save Munch's job, especially if he could grab Rex Ryan and/or Norv Turner. If that is not to be the case however, I would recommend the hiring of Wade Phillips to the head coaching position, as doing so serves the dual purpose of strengthening our defense immediately and also weakening our strongest division rival. If neither of those options are available, I hope that Bud shows the willingness to dig deep into his pockets for a coach that if nothing else will make the Titans relevant again, for the right reasons.
