Must be nice to have a high paying job and still have it after being terrible at what you do.

Time for Munch to get out of here, not after the season, but RIGHT NOW.

And do what? Let Bud hire some other cheap hire from inside the organization adn we have to give them next year to prove themselves?

No.. ride out the season. Get rid of Gray (and Munch if we can find someone better)

Not a lot of coaches would want to come here.

No, getting rid of him now assures us that he won't be back next year. I just don't want to go on a 3 game winning streak at the end of the season and Bud gives him more time to prove himself.

There's no whining. I'm trying to have a discussion.

Then why should he be our HC?

I don't see how this poll could be anything but extremely one-sided to be honest.

Ive stated multiple times that if he were replaced, i would not care. Some of the posters here want to wake up tomorrow with the entire coaching staff fired, which would be a very stupid move.

We want to keep our better players, we want to bring in better players. I can all but guarentee that if you fired everyone mid season and gave up during the middle fo the season, new FA's wont want to come here and itll be harder to retain the ones we have because it would show the organization thinking with their emotions, not their heads.

Munchak isn't a bad coach. He's just not a GOOD one. Hes the type of guy u could play for, but you have to be a vet or a certain frame of mind. The work hard focus guy. So why is all our young players making stupid mistakes over and over? A bunch of talent. Its not that we have all bad players. But they aren't playing to their strengths. I like Munchak as a side coach but not the main guy. The team he has doesn't fit his mold to what he brings and stands for. We need to get either a proven coach who knows what to do, or get a diff style of coach. These old vets who see things old school aren't the thing anymore. We need a more young energy type guy. We need fire, or spirit in the coach. The calm thing doesn't mold well with young players either.

As for the D looking bad, I blame a lot of it on Gray. On offense I think Palmer has got to go, even though he hasn't been as bad. Again, a better coach at a position then a play caller. Replacements will have to be out of the organization. If it doesn't change then we will continue to be average due to the lack of success from coaching. Management and coaching will forever be the downfall of the Titans. Until changes are made. Note that to Bud as well.

...Or maybe it would indicate to elite players that this organization is finally serious about winning. Maybe our coaching staff was one of the reasons Peyton snubbed us.

I never said anything about firing him mid season.

So we can both agree that we want Munch gone along with his staff at the end of the year, right?
