Who cares at this point. We only have to deal with cj for 11 more games.

I'm guessing because they're scared of looking stupid a year after signing him for 5 years, because they might actually think it's not really CJ's fault (even though if they somehow think it's not at all, it's stupid to run him in a scheme that doesn't fit what he's good at at all), and they think it's too tough to bring someone in midseason most likely especially when our season will likely be sunk by then anyway.:anon:

"We can't cut or trade CJ, he got 140 yards vs the texans while they blew us out!"

Season is tanked. It'd be dumb to trade for a RB at this point. Address the position in the draft/FA.

yep, cj is done. he's too easy for defenses to gameplan against -- all you have to do is cover your lanes at set the edge because he's not going to break tackles or slip by defenders. he only had success earlier in his career because people weren't sure how to cover him yet, and they were also gameplanning for VY to run out of the pocket, which was just enough of a distraction for cj to find holes and run through them (not that VY was good for the team). and when you don't have to worry about him busting through anyone, you can play zone and focus on the pass. with other RBs, you have to at least put an extra defender near the line sometimes to make sure they don't break through, but cj will always shy away from defenders and go down at the tap of a finger.

exactly. Listen guys you dont just lose talent like he had over night. THE PROBLEM IS THE OLINE FOR THE 50002302303204 TIME!!!!! Even Jeff Fisher said it himself! Does CJ deserve some of the blame yes. Does he deserve the majority of it? ABSOLUTELY NOT! The majority of the problems in our running game is on the line not cj! If you dont get it by now you are clearly just a hater and just another clueless average fan who is just using CJ as a scapegoat b/c you dont like how he handles what he says more carefully.

Personally I'm glad he calls out his teammates b/c if the coach isnt going to do it, someone needs to do it! Just like how Steve Smith called out Newton!

Probably have more chances to get first downs if he had the attempts......or if it wasn't a draw on a 3rd and 10.

BTW guys, Houston has one of the best defenses in the league and CJ was effective ALL GAME. Why? Oh yeah, they went back to power running and play-action.

If CJ is done, why was his best performance against the toughest opponent so far? SCHEME!

OH one more thing with all these AP posts.......go back look and look at his runs against us.........looks like CJ's production, except he got more attempts and got a 22 yard run in there, but notice the negative yard plays......hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
