My colleague, Jim Wyatt, is reporting that the Titans plan to re-sign defensive end Pannel Egboh.

Egboh was inactive for the first game of this season, and then was released when the Titans signed guard Deuce Lutui and re-instated Kenny Britt from suspension. In training camp and the preseason, Egboh had received a good chunk of first-team reps, splitting time with Derrick Morgan.

It’s uncertain what corresponding roster move the Titans will make when they re-sign Egboh.

Defensive end Keyunta Dawson suffered a hamstring injury in Sunday’s win over Detroit, but the injury is not believed to be severe.

CJ is the most obvious choice, that guys is so bad it pains me to watch him play.

ya.. I've got a few ideas of who to cut...

Lutui has been inactive since signing him anyway, right? What was the point?

The point is Lutui might have enough grasp of his role at OG and might be able to actually go in and play if needed. Thus he can be activated and they can let one of the other OL guys go. Maybe learning OG isn't the toughest position to come in and learn but he hasn't been on the team that long. We actually had people calling for him to start before unloaded his luggage. For what it is worth Harris actually played like an NFL caliber OG last game.
