So if the talent was there with Singletary, why weren't they winning? Different coach?- yes. Talent performing better? - yes. Either way it comes down to coaching. Jared Cook was supposed to be our Vernon Davis.

There were a lot of grumblings about the Munchak hire and lack of a real look at other candidates. It grew louder after he brought in Palmer. Many were excited at the prospect of Gray and Bruce Matthews. But let's be honest- neither of their units are performing that well after a FULL off-season. And the offense is performing beyond terrible.

Honest question: does anyone believe THIS Titans team would be much better with Harbaugh as their head coach? I believe what we've seen so far are players not executing the game plan. Some of you feel, if Munch was some emotional guy, it would somehow get these guys playing better. I'm of the opinion that many of them are either too inexperienced or are just not good enough but the coaching staff have little options, right now, to improve the position.

I put a lot more of this on the players than many of you do.

TJ- that's lame. Just as easy to say we feasted (or should have) off the lame AFC South. And as far as talent, seems Harbaugh got all that "talent" to do things Singletary couldn't. Again- it's coaching any way you want to slice it.

If I'm a bridge jumper then you are a ostrich with its head in the sand.

Yeah- I do. I think he would have a better OC and absolutely get the players to play for him. Case in point- the "talent" you refer that the 49ers had when he got there. They weren't performing for Singletary who IS an emotional guy but somehow Harbaugh gets them to. That would be the same story here. I don't have a problem with Munchak's "lack of emotion". I have a real problem that we've had the same problems with our team for the better part of a year and we are heading backwards.

Yes. I do. We'd have better coordinators and better schemes. Better play calling, better execution, and better discipline.

Munchak just doesn't have a good feel for the game IMO. It's one thing to play and a completely different thing to coach.

Lets be honest, Munchak got the job mostly because of his playing days...

It's crazy how a coaching change makes a difference. Wade Phillips shows up to Houston and all of the sudden, Kubiak isn't on the hot seat anymore. Harbaugh, a college coach shows up and almost goes to the superbowl. Ryan takes the Jets to back to back Conf Championship games with a garbage QB. Sean Payton is missing from the Saints sideline and the team went from Superbowl contenders to the same old sorry saints we used to love to make fun of... Coaching is probably the key factor in winning a Superbowl. Tom Brady wouldn't be the QB he is without Bellicheats system. Take Deion Branch for example, he leaves pats, hes a scrub. Comes back to pats and out performs ocho cinco.

Its crazy how everyone thinks we can get away with bargain bin coaching. Honestly, we wouldn't have thought what we thought about fisher if we never would have had VY on the team. He would still be here if it wasn't for VY.

So we do have 1 thing to thank VY for then. Come on, Fisher is never winning a championship. He always takes the safe route which ends up giving him an average team just falling short every time.
