So Munchak had an average record with a Fisher built team. Is that supposed to support you're argument?

He got more out of them than Fisher did the previous two seasons so, yeah. It's a pretty good case in proving Munch is a better option than Fisher for this franchise.

How? Fisher had Rusty Smith/Kerry Collins and rarely Vince Young at Quarterback. Munchak actually had a respectable QB under center. That alone can account for the record difference. But on top of that, Munchak had one of the easier schedules last season, a division was gift wrapped for him to win when Schaub and Johnson went down, but he couldn't even beat the WINLESS colts. He's a terrible coach, and fisher is an above average coach.

Has Fisher ever lost 13 games in a season? Because I think Munchak does that this season, which by your logic would mean Fisher was a better fit for this team.

At this point based on MM refusal too adjust anything in 2011 I cant see even 1 win.

But I still think Tennessee wins every game 43-0

Are people really debating whether or not getting rid of Fisher was the right decision?

He was with the team for 17 seasons and had not won a playoff game for 7 years. Regardless of how well he may end up doing with St. Louis, there's no way I'll wish we kept him.

Munchak may not be the answer (it's becoming apparent he's not), but that doesn't mean Fisher was.

Yeah, Fisher definitely wasn't the answer. I don't think anybody is really debating that. Fisher did have his strong points. Among them was getting the most out of lesser talent. He sucked at gameplan though. Admitting Fisher wasn't the answer isn't an endorsement for Munchak. This roster actually has talent. Do the players look motivated? Does the gameplan look right? Not Munchak's fault? Then what are his duties as a head coach?

Hey, maybe he'll right the ship and we'll see this team play like we all know they can sometime this season. As of now, this is a coaching issue.

Agreed, it's definitely a case of moving on regardless if Munch is right for the job or not.

As we heard Munch say today, he has at least made a decision on the matter, and that is to stick with the plan in place now. There is no reason to panic at this time, as much as we all want to as fans. We have a young team, and obviously something to be desired on the OL. But at this point there is no better options out there, so we have to make due. We all saw the potential of a rough start, but just hoped against it. This really isn't a huge surprise to outsiders We will learn a lot about this team on Sunday and the coming weeks.

So how long do we wait to "panic"?... 3 seasons?

Sitting back hoping it will fix itself obviously isn't working. How he hasn't figured that out yet is beyond me.

At least TRY to be a coach, Munch.

I certainly don't have the answers for all of the issues with the Team, but I do know you either Change, Adapt or Die..........and right now we're definitely a dinasour!
