Whining? Pining? I'm just pointing out that a program can be directed in a positive direction in a short amount of time. But please continue with the pejoratives. That form reveals your substance.

If Hasselbeck played the whole game yesterday, it would've been closer to the 59-0 game... probably 42-6.

In my opinion, starting Locker instead of Hasselbeck makes this a rebuilding year, not a playoff contending year. So I'm not too worried about getting stomped out by the Pats. This is part of taking our lumps and learning how to win.

Our run blocking is abysmal, and CJ is weak. That's all that really bothers me about this game. Our defense, improved as they may turn out to be, isn't ready for teams like NE. We may as well get ready for more, because odds are we're going 0-6 to start the year.

    As evidenced by........ what?!?!?!

Locker had one good drive... put together a grand total of 7 points on his own in over 3 quarters of the entire offense being on his back.

To me, Hasselbeck seems like a more reliable player right now. But don't get me wrong, neither of them seem to be that good.

Hasselbeck was only a small fraction of the reason that we didn't make the playoffs last year, and unfortunately, Hasselbeck was the only part they seriously tried to "correct."

I'll admit. We were wrong not keeping Babin, as stupid as he was. Letting go of Washburn was a big mistake, also. Morgan is junk, Did marks even play, and everyone else on the line hasn't proven they're consistent either.

Gray's new "get big and stop the run" plan has been an epic flop. Chuck Cecil could do this well.

You guys are putting a lot of stock into an article that came from a "league source".

I thought PFT articles were pretty much ignored around here.

I just don't understand this opinion. He had one of the best QB seasons the Tennessee Titans have ever seen last year...

First off, the play calling was absolutely horrid. The titans flat out stated they are pass first team, and they go out and try to run first to open the pass game, even after seeing Locker throwing well. In very glad the players are showing doubt in Palmer, because that game was horrible. The Titans never changed up the game plan even after seeing the run game getting stuffed. CJ never had any big holes, which is partly on O-line, but primarily on Palmer just calling the same facking plays every drive. The patriots had the game handed over to them. Palmer needs to know he is on the hot seat.

I know... and I defended him to the end about that. I still defend him because the KFC/MH comparisons are stupid. Never once said I prefer him to start this season though.

Remember 41-7 against the Texans last year? Why is it unimaginable to say we would've lost 42-6 to a better team?

When Hasselbeck came in, he did okay his first drive (3 points), but nothing special at all... horrendous the rest of the way.

Maybe because that was last season? Locker is a C grade QB, C+ maybe at this point. Hasselbeck is a B. Not starting Hasselbeck takes us out of the playoff picture from the get go.

I only brought Hass up to point out he would never overthrow a receiver forcing them 20 feet in the air like Locker did to Washington. He can't throw that hard LOL.
