While I suppose I understand the logic, the titans COULD HAVE an offensive line of:

    Micheal Roos
    David Decastro
    Peter Konz
    Steve Hutchinson
    David Stewart

I also think that if Britt is healthy, a big 3 of: Britt, Jared Cook and Chris Johnson is more than enough offense.

I just think that while the titans might have gotten great players they missed the mark completely on this draft.

Everyone is so blown we didn't draft a center.....after Blake I don't think ANY team drafted a center...And that was what? Round 4?

Best draft in 20 years. I doubted Ruston, but he surprised everyone. He has done his homework and I'm glad we no longer have a GM who lives in 1998.

Right now I give them a C. We didn't go for any glaring needs, and I have my doubts that we really drafted the BPA. Time will tell though. Make this thread again at the end of the season.

As far as WR, I was damn proud of our group last season. Once Britt went down, they really hung in there and did a respectable job. I just don't see the need for Wright. But I hope I'm wrong and I hope he turns out to be an elite WR somehow...

We got Wright because the only burner we have on our team(Nate) is getting old, and because he was the best burner in this draft. While Damien and Nate are both great WR's, Kendall Wright has the potential to be a far better option than both of them. A pass rusher was also a glaring need! Zach Brown, the fastest 4-3 OLB in years will do just that for us. He will get to the qb, and when he has to I think he'll be able to guard TE's better than our other LB's...I see him starting over Witherspoon from day 1.

    I'm giving the draft a B-.

The picks that really bug me are Zach Brown and Coty Sensabaugh. Both of these guys are drafted on potential and when that happens they usually fail with us. With our history of 2nd round failures I just knew we'd make yet another head scratcher pick. Why the hell can't we just draft a proven commodity in the 2nd round, we always disregard production and focus on pure athleticism in round 2. I hate the Sensabaugh pick there is just no way to justify him at all. Passing Brandon Boykin for Sensabaugh is just so stupid I can't being to illustrate it.

I'm on board with the rest of the draft except the fact that we didn't draft a center, that I'll never get.

The way you justify it is Sensabaugh can play outside and inside. Boykin is a nickle corner. Boykin is kind of fragile too...

some of you guys who are saying C and D are crazy. Ruston Webster embodies the modern general managing sports genius. best draft ever. A++++++++++++ Will buy again.
