We could have had DeCastro, Konz, Thompson and Crick in the first 4 rounds. Our OL and DL would be much improved. Instead we reach on wrastlers and speedy projects. I will root for these guys now that they're Titans but I am very disappointed with this draft.

Those four guys would probably contribute sooner. But the upside of that foursome is about a third of what we got.

Out of our five picks, I bet three of them are pro bowlers in five years.

I sure hope so. Even if we just go DeCastro and Konz the first 2 rounds we are instantly better. Both Harris and Amano could have been replaced and our OL would be strong through and through.

Yes, but you don't waste TWO top 50 picks on the interior O-line. Especially not in today's pass happy NFL. You cannot run the ball enough to beat the packers and pats.

You don't draft based on POTENTIAL.

POTENTIAL is what gets you Chris Davis and Chris Henry.

You draft players. And we got maybe 2 of them in 6 rounds.

Sorry- the Al Davis approach isn't going to win you an argument here.

Three of them pro bowlers??? Which 3? We didnt even have one last year. Seems like a lot of these guys are about depth, and raw talent hoping it will pan out

Every draft pick is based off potential to some extent.

There is a difference here. Chris Henry had NO production in college. That is not true of ours.

Wright- Holds every school receiving record.

Brown- Let the team in tackles. First team all ACC, Butkus award finalist.

Thompson - All Conference at a position he played because they don't USE his natural position.

These are not AL Davis fly by night wonders.

    Actually- they are.

    Kendall Wright is the exception.

Brown- SUCKS. Can't tackle to save his life- yet he runs a 4.5 so we draft him. Stupid.

Thompson - Hasn't even played the position we're drafting him for. Which means- our team has no effing idea if the guy can even catch... yet- he runs a 4.5 so we drafted him. Stupid.

The other guys are "speedsters" that sucked also. The CB from Clemson? S from OSU?

You get 4 years (sometimes 3) in college to prove yourself. This isn't a hard formula. If they werent great in those 4 years- stay the F away from them.
