I love Michael Floyd too. I would love it if we took him and I don't think it's that far fetched. From what I've been reading it sounds like unless someone falls, there won't be a 1st round d-lineman that we'll take. I actually think WR is a possiblity since obviously FLoyd and Wright have 1st round talent. I also think we could go LB there as well if Keuchly or Hightower are there.

If we signed Dan Koppen I'd like to see us go with this draft:

Round 1: Devin Still, DT, Penn State -- Still would give us an interior pass rushing presence next to Jurell Casey. Still and Casey would give a interior DL similar to the Williams wall in Minnesota for a few years.

Round 2: Nick Toon, WR, Wisconsin – I would have loved to see what kind of numbers Toon could have produced had he been in a pass oriented offense. Toon runs tight routes and has good hands; he also is a prolific run blocker. If there is any weakness to his game it was that he does not have elite speed but his 4.5 combine did a little bit to put that to rest. He is by far the BPA available as I doubt that Thompson, Bequette, Curry, or Brown is on the broad. Britt, Toon, and Washington will give Locker all the weapons he needs to start his career.

Round 3: DeQuan Menzie, CB, Alabama – As the other guy in Alabama's secondary Menzie got most of the attention as the opposing team threw away from Kirkpatrick, Lester, and Barron. Menzie responded by provided tight coverage all year. A solid tackler with decent size and athleticism Menzie has some developmental potential and could be a starter a few years down the road.

Round 4: David Molk, OC, Michigan – I liked David Molk in college; he showed great feet and hands in pass protection and does a good job opening running lanes. The only issue with Molk on tape was he occasionally had trouble with giant, bull rushing NT's 1-1. Molk, however, played the majority of his college career at 280. At the combine he weighed in just South of 300 lbs and benched 225 lbs 41 times. This guy is the prefect fit for our zone blocking scheme and will take over at center when Koppen leaves.

Round 5: Jack Crawford, DE, Penn State – Crawford has sky high potential that for what ever reason never had his potential meet up with his production. That being said he got better every year he was and college and I think that could continue in the NFL depending on what team drafts him. I think he will flourish in Mike Munchek's no nonsense, blue chip locker room culture. I know people are wondering why I have our first DE so low. I don't think its as huge of a need now that we have some bodies in there. Wimbley, Morgan, Douzable, and Ball (who I think resigns) are all solid veterans. I think Morgan is going to have a breakout season and Wimbley will produce a 10 sack season now that he is back to his natural DE position. Egboh and Crawford finish out our DE's.

Round 6: Cody Johnson, FB, Texas – Johnson in the best leadblocker in the nation and a blue chip prospect and ives us a replacement for Hall who has regressed in the blocking deparment.

Round 7: Donte Page-Moss, DE, UNC – By far one of the most talented players in the draft this year. Injuries and off the field issues have completely dropped him off of many draft boards and he may end up as a UFA. That being said before the start of the 2011 NCAA season he was lining up as a 2nd rounder at the lowest. Low risk, high reward signing.
