I still really hope we get this trade done.

I hate his songs with the exception of maybe one, but the guy is definitely talented and has a great voice.

    Well...

The Eagles were stupid. They assumed Namdi would be just as good at zone as he is in man, DRC was the best young cb in the league, and placing Samuel in positions where he must make the tackle was a good idea. They messed that up because they were dumb.

I have not suggested Samuel makes us Super Bowl contenders. We have other areas that need work! But he can go a long way in upgrading our pass defense and getting us more turnovers - especially if we can add a legit pass rusher or Wimbley/Morgan live up to their potential.

You're not suggesting Samuel wouldn't be an upgrade, are you?

We've had some major ones, but the more underground don't even touch us... and because the turnouts are very poor. Being a hiphop promoter in Nashville is a job no one wants.

Big mainstream bands will hit us as they do every big city. But the great bands that aren't wo known wont come.

Just because a style isn't to your liking doesn't mean the artist is "garbage". If you know music, Bruno Mars is undeniably talented.

    Suck it.

Mainstream finally has a talented artist breakthrough and people will still hate on the guy because he makes catchy songs, and because he's mainstream.

Tyler the Creator said it best: "I'll stab bruno mars through his god-damned esophagus and crash the airplane that ****** B.O.B was in.". Bruno might be a talented singer, but he's an awful song-writer and annoying as can be.

The dude is in his thirties he is not going to drastically improve our pass defense. It goes the other way around you improve from the line out you get a good defensive line and linebacker core and you can plug average players in the secondary and they would be pro bowlers. Look what Albert did for our secondary. I think spending a third round pick for a guy who probably has 3 years left in his tank isn't wise especially after how we been drafting corners lately.

    Jayron Hosley 2nd-3rd
    Josh Robinson 3rd
    Casey Hayward 3rd-4th
    Keith Tandy 5th-6th

I would take any of these guys in the draft over giving up a third and paying Samuel 7mil for a 1 year deal.
