He may have warmed up to the idea or just put on a happy face. No way of knowing unless you were there because Munch, just days before, said he was happy with his current set-up.

I didn't mean to hijack the thread.

Not really into punk per se, I don't see many [if any] instrumental/ambient/post-rock or post-hardcore/screamo bands worth seeing in any listings.. it's usually just country/pop/southern rock/jam bands or bands from 80s or earlier..

The only band I routinely listen to that came here recently was Pianos Become the Teeth @ Rocketown, but I had a final that night

Oh ya, was this thread about some football player? ;)
Asante would be a good pickup hrr.

It doesn't even matter what a city really has or doesn't have, players are so busy during the season, there's little to no time for anything else, not even family. And very few players live where they play, so most of them are gone 2 days after the season.

And umm, Asante likes blue. GO TITANS!

    Uhh...

    How was I crying?

    Because I said it's a bland city?

I was even taking up for it. Sorry for being completely honest about your town that you feel so loyal to for whatever reason.

    Deuce,

I saw that you "it sucks" my comment about Nashville punk. I'll say this: In general, the Rock scene in Nashville is astronomical. Jack White (a guitar god) sleeps here and so do both members of The Black Keys. I'd say they know more than you do about evaluating a town for it's musicianship. Seeing as you have previously stated that you like Bruno Mars, you know nothing about rock and roll and have terrible taste in music.

A little magazine called 'ROLLING STONE' crowned Nashville as the "best music scene in America". Whether it's Ke$ha or Jack White, there is no denying that this city is king of music.

    The end.

    Nice!

Anyone who calls Nashville a "bland" city is a straight up idiot.

I said don't be biased, of course we would all pick the Titans. If I could go to a team that contends and gives me a nice paycheck, I can get over the weather.
