I had this kid in my mock draft in the seventh round

Real good talent not a whole lot of people know about him he can def de had for a fourth or later

  2. He will definitely go before the 4th round. Not being a homer at all...he's a very good player with the size tools you look for in a 4-3 end. I bet he does well at the Sr Bowl and combine.

All depends on how he does comebine and senior bowl

    No arguement there with you

But it would be nice if he flew under the radar for us

  4. Absolutely would be awesome if he fell. But he has a chance to make a lot of money this spring and shoot his stock way up.

Funny thing is, when he decided to leave SC, Orgeron (SC DC by name) told him he'd never play at UT. Lmao at that. He's blossomed into a really good player.

What I like about him is he is a bigger DE which is what we like

Plus the amount of tackles for losses he gets

  6. He reminds me a lot of Da'Quan Bowers from Clemson last year. Probably not quite as explosive, but big and quick nonetheless.

So I redid my hope for our teams offseason and I'd thought I'd put it in here... thoughts.

Isn't Velasco a FA this year? I think we have to resign him. I don't think we get any of the big name OG unfortunately.

Velasco is a RFA next season we can tender him and then get a pick back/opportunity to match if someone tries to sign him away from us.

I'd take a look at Gurode out of Baltimore as well.

Nice Work! I can digg. Here's mine though:

Resign: Finnegan, Griffin, Jones, Stevens, Velasco, Bailey, and Babineaux (NOTE: McCourty & Cook aren't FAs, so not sure why you have us resigning them lol)

Let Walk/Cut: CJ2K, Amano, Hope, Ruud, Hawkins, Scott, Hayes, and Ball.
(NOTE: Those 8 players consume over $29 mil of our cap)

    Free agency:
    Nick Hardwick
    LaRon Landry
    Michael Bush or Mike Tolbert

    Draft:

(Titans trade 1st to Eagles for their 2 2nd (Cards & Theres). Eagles use pick for a Kuechly or Burfict).

    2nd: Jared Crick, DE, Nebraska
2nd: Jerel Worthy, DT, Mich St
2nd: Kelechi Osemele, OG, Iowa St
    3rd: Kevin Zeitler, OG, Wisconsin
    4th: Jermaine Kearse, WR, Washington
4th (C): Jeff Demps, RB, Florida
    5th: Tank Carder, LB, TCU

    Roster:
    QB: Hasselbeck | Locker
    RB: Bush/Tolbert | Ringer | Harper | Demps
    FB: Hall
    TE: Cook | Stevens
WR: Britt | Williams | Washington | Kearse | Mariani
OT: Roos | Stewart | Otto
OG: Osemele | Zeitler | Harris | Velasco
    C: Hardwick

DE: Jones | Morgan | Crick | Klug
DT: Casey | Worthy | Smith
OLB: Ayers | Spoon | McRath | Bailey
    ILB: McCarthy | Carder
CB: Finnegan | McCourty | Verner | Campbell
    S: Landry | Griffin | Babineaux

    That's a super-bowl team & and 99% possible.
