Im very disgusted with the play calling in the second half. In the first half, we were running and CJ was actually producing for a change! We looked alright in the first half. Now the second half, we become nothing but a shotgun team that throws 2-3 yd dump passes....WHY! We have a better team than 4-4.

 

Is this what most people think? How many people thought this team would be above .500? I know I didn't.

 

I really feel like we should at least be 6-2 right now. I will take the losses from houston and pittsburgh. But the jacksonville loss was with Mccown at Qb and we completely handed Cincinnati the game tonight. Up 17-7 at half and we give up 17 points in the second half. Did anyone else feel like we completely went away from what we were doing in the first half? Am i wrong for thinking we should be 6-2?

 

Year after year after year for 20 years i get nothing but disappointment, resentment, acknowledgment of the FAILURES in this club. Why do i continue to be a fan, it may be the hang over of the horrid defeat feeling like this, but I don't want a divorce i want to make this work and see better things.

 

It wasn't the play calling in the final 2 minutes it was Hasselbeck's decisions. Palmer didn't put a gun to his head and force him to throw 7 yard passes over the middle with no timeouts.

Which poster suggested before the season started that Hasselbeck was an elite QB? Nobody right?

Not that Palmer is above criticism but he is limited in what he has to work with.

 

Go find another team.

 

Play calling was only a part of it, we are seriously limited on playmakers on BOTH sides of the ball.

 

Both Palmer n gray are gutless. Can em both

 

Most of us expected average and for good reason so now after we get exactly that we have idiots talking about the team moving to LA and how horrible it is to be a fan here.

It's ok to have a beef with how we have played but things are about what any logical person should have expected. Next year maybe we can expect more.
