All of you who say we don't need a WR are crazy. Just look at the situation we're in right now. True, we do have a good WR in Britt but he hasn't proven that he can play an entire season. I think we need to look at him as almost a bonus if we have him but someone we shouldn't be depending on. There is a TON of WR talent in this draft and they're all going to go early. I don't think there's a greater need on this team. Here are my top WR prospects:

    1. Justin Blackmon - OK St
    2. Alshon Jeffrey - SCar
    3. Michael Floyd - ND
    4. Ryan Broyles - OU
    5. Nick Toon - Wisconsin

    1. Michael Brewster, OL, Ohio St
    2. Ray Ray Armstrong, SS, Miami
    3. Jermaine Kearse, WR, Washington
    4. Kheeston Randall, DT, Texas
    5. Darius Fleming, LB, ND
    6. Tramain Thomas, S, Arkansas
    7. Joe Looney, OL, Wake Forest

I think we will get a reciever in the off-season, hopefully through free agency, there are a bunch of quality, free, out of contract WR's this coming offseason, including Reggie Wayne and Dwayne Bowe. I'd be offering a load of money to both, I would imagine Wayne and the "Hass" to hit it off.

Although if Floyd was available it would be hard to turn down

Interesting, I like the idea of taking a FS late on in the draft.
Brewster is a pro bowl center. We need one.

    Can Fleming play WLB?

I feel like Fleming can play any of the LB spots, which is why I like him. His depth would be nice and could be a decent special team player as well.

I feel like our needs go: S, OC/G, WR, LB for this year.

S: We have no lock at FS or SS in 2012. Griffin, Babineaux, Hope are all FAs. I'm sure well resign Griffin and maybe Babs. But we still don't have a starting SS, hopefully a Rd 1 or Rd 2 S will fix that.

OG/C: We have starters in Amano and Harris, but they've struggled. This class has some decent prospects, hopefully it'll be addressed in Rd1-3. Competition in this position is a must.

WR: Britt could be a star, but is always in trouble or hurt. Washington has stepped up, but can't be a #1. I'm still hoping that Williams, Hawkins, or Avery shows us something. A legit #2 would be helpful.

LB: Ruud is a FA and hasn't wow'd me this year. Witherspoon should be able to start for another year or so. McRath hasn't done anything. Ayers and McCarthy could both be starters. However depth is needed. There are some solid LBs this year, and I wouldn't mind snatching one.

    My dream would be:
    Rd1: Burfict
    Rd2: RayRay Armstrong
    Rd3: Best avail OG/C
    Rd4: Best avail WR/DL
    Rd4 (comp): Best avail WR/DL

Then target also target a WR in the FA.

Burfict is a beast. I like players that have an attitude and a mean streak, esepcially on defense. Man can you imagine Burfict, Ayers, and Witherspoon starting. We'd be feared.

I'm still hoping if we dont get a WR in FA (which I think we should but no way we drop that much money that they'll be requiring IMO) we have to take one in the first 2 rounds. Some of the guys I mentioned previously could fall since I think so many have 1st round grades on them.

I'd love Burfict, but I just don't see it happening. He'll likely be gone in the Top10.

    ...same with Blackmon.

Damn, good to see everyone jumping on the Burfict bandwagon.

not i.... his character issues concern me a bit and im not sure if they'll transition to off-field issues..
i already have a biased pick.... but i'll wait until near the end of this season to be set on a certain player
