Honestly, this may be the first preseason I've seen where NOBODY jumps out at me as serious contenders. Last year I felt very good about Green Bay, and that worked out well for them. If I had to guess, I'd say run with last years standings. I think 2011 will look a lot like 2010 in terms of contenders and pretenders. The lockout really hurt teams with new coaches, and weak O-Lines. I think we'll be alright mainly because our O-Line is smart and experienced, not to mention our new coach is from last years team. Houston will start out hot and suck late when it counts. San Diego will do the opposite, and New England and Atlanta will have 13-3 type seasons.

I'll say this much; the Super Bowl champions to be, will be a 9-7 or 10-6 team.

The Falcons look legit. Their passing game is going to be amazing. Now teams can't key in on Roddy White since they now have Julio Jones.

I also look for the Chargers to make a big jump. If they don't start out crazy slow like the first few years they should win that division easily. They had the number 1 defense and offense last year and didn't make the playoffs.

    NFC Championship: Atlanta vs. Philadelphia
AFC Championship: New England vs. San Diego

Superbowl matchup: New England vs. Atlanta
    Superbowl Champion: Atlanta

One thing worth noting. After Atlanta was one of the worst teams in the league, they went out and got a good head coach, drafted their franchise QB and started building from there. Sound familiar?

Don't count out Tampa. Just gained another year of experience and got their players healthy.

Falcons, eh? That's a pretty gutsy pick if you ask me. I don't see them winning their division again, and I can't view them as anything more than a one and done (or one win at the most) playoff team until their defense gets better.

And there's a reason they were ranked No.1 on both sides of the ball. They trailed in a lot of games, and had to make up for it by throwing bombs down field in a last second effort while the other teams held the led and sat on the ball with several runs. That stat is very misleading. No.1 offesne, and No.1 defense but only win 9 games... Even more nuts is that they stopped teams from racking up points and found ways to score, but poor coaching killed their season. San Diego can be 14-2 or 6-10, that's how iffy their coaches can be.

Erick, I know we're all entitled to our opinions, but that is the worst set of predictions you could possibly make up. Lol

So many WTF reactions to those predictions.
