...i think you guys are giving him way too much credit.... way way way way way way way too much credit...

he already proved he can single-highhandedly destroy a big name organization... just hope the colts could draft him..

I digress, but in the end the highest i would pick him is in the 7th... of the UFL draft

He sucks. Troy Smith will have a better NFL career than Pryor.

I'd use Indy's pick on him, or Baltimore's, or Pittsburgh's...

The guy has been a turd since high school. He's an overrated athlete who has now foregone any significant football IQ in college to be mediocre at best in the NFL. This shows how y this kid really is. He thinks he can just walk out of OSU into the NFL. He'll get drafted, but when his athleticism isn't enough, he'll ride the bench for years and not even get a nice fat contract for it.

I really think his best bet is the UFL, and not the NFL. He could help get the UFL to where they want to be, and they'll also allow him to do most anything he wants.

I wouldn't use any pick on him. He certainly won't be a quarterback in the NFL, so that is out of the question. No team will draft him to be a QB. Anyone who thinks he has a chance to play QB is clueless.

I don't believe he can be successful as a WR, either. He doesn't have good burst and his body shape isn't right for the position.

It also doesn't help that he is supposed to have an absolutely terrible attitude. Based on reports, most NFL people hate him. An NFL coach on Pryor: "Kid sounds like he didn’t give a damn about anybody. Was there for himself. Didn’t even try to hide it. He flaunted it." Compared to Ryan Mallett and Cam Newton, Pryor's character would rank dead last. (source)

I don't think he has an NFL career ahead of him. I doubt he even gets drafted in the supplemental draft. Suggesting the Titans should use a 3rd round pick on him is absolutely crazy. Saying he would be worth a 1st if he didn't have character issues gave me a really good laugh.

Really how is that? He did not commit a crime. Mallett was such a dimwit he cancelled or was late for appointments with teams that were interested enough in him to want him to visit and talk to him.

Some of the comments were idiotic. Pryor has a better chance at being a starting nfl QB some day than Rusty Smith. That alone justifies drafting him. Our own GM said that Smith is not starting material. Some of you want total losers to come in here and mentor jake locker so don't say your standards are high. I have read your posts.

Consider it a backup plan if Locker can't hit the side of a barn. He wouldn't be expected to play anytime soon it would be a long term thing as long as he stays out of trouble.

People can knock Pryor all you want but his winning percentage was outstanding.

He has off the charts athletic ability and a big strong arm.

How many POS third for 4th rd picks have we had over the last decade? We draft guys in those rounds who were not even good college players.

You are joking right? We just used an 8th pick on a guy who completed 55% of his passes all year.

Um, he sold his autograph, memorabilia, university property. It's estimated that he made $20k - $30k on his name while at OSU. Plus, he accepted at least 8 different "loner" cars...
