If that is the best they have come up with then they need to look for work in another league.

You can't justify the numbers, you simply can't. I like the kid, he has everything but the accuracy. I just don't want anyone to expect an accurate QB like Drew Brees. IMO, his best case scenario is a career like Bledsoe or Collins.

I take a Defensive player and don't care about Locker. If he's there in the 2nd I'd take him unless Paea is there.

So now that everyone wants Locker what are you guys going to do when we draft someone not named Locker or Fairley.. ? Any time fans make a consensus it seems the team goes 180' the opposite direction.. so..

I'm confident the Titans can trade #8 for a pick around #13-#18 Det (for a CB), Rams (for a WR), NE (for an OLB or DE), SD (for a DE) and we could get Jake Locker with their pick. I don't see Washington drafting Locker... don't really having any reason it's just my speculation. I also think Minny is loving Webb and will go after a vet QB because they need an instant starter to make a playoff run. I think if we trade down to that area, we could pickup an extra 3rd or 2nd round pick, which would be huge for us. The only problem is, say we trade down to #18 if ANY team wants Locker, they will be working a deal for the pick before us.. that could get risky. Bottom line, if the Titans are sure Locker is the real deal, don't wait.. just draft him.

Personally, I think we could trade down.. but who knows?! We'll find out in a few hours!

Wanna guess who player A is? I'll give you a hint - he had a much better career than Collins or Beldsoe.

My roommate and I were just doing a mock draft, and Gabbert and Locker were available at #8.. I wonder what the Titans FO would do in this situation?!

Locker over Gabbert. Still don't understand the fascination with Gabbert

Haha, way to point out the ONE exception to that rule. There is no one else. Trust me, I've looked.

Even on that list above, Cutler (the only other semi-successful QB) threw for 60% his junior year. You're betting on 1/30, that's less than 4%.

Not only that, it's not like Locker was close to 60%, his career completion was 53%.
