I really like the way this kid handles himself. If what the scouts and Mayock are right about his accuracy issues, then after working on them for a few years and learning the system, I could easily see him being the best QB in this draft. Everything I have read from his work ethic to character is top notch.
I would also not be shocked to see him go middle of the 1st round after the interviews this week, I just think he is a guy, a lot like Tebow, that coaches will fall in love with. The difference is, Locker's problems with his footwork are a much easier fix then Tebow's long delivery was.

For some reason he reminds me of Mark Brunell. A tough resourceful type of guy who can run and scramble.

I honestly hadn't ever thought of that comparison, but I like it. Everything I have read says has the work ethic and attitude to succeed in the NFL.

If he can get more accurate, then he can definitely be the best quarterback in this draft class. He has every other thing you would want in a QB. Highly intelligent, a fantastic team leader and a relentless hard worker. Top-notch mobility.

The issue is the accuracy. Unless he can get that under control, none of the other stuff matters.

That is 100% correct, but, his accuracy issue appears to have been pinpointed. His accuracy on the run is top notch, just when he is in the pocket. Mayock gave a great interpretation of what is happening with Locker going skinny to long, causing the ball to sail. He has been working on it since the Senior Bowl, so I am looking very forward to seeing how he looks throwing on Sunday.

If the Titans are convinced that Locker can become an accurate passer, then I would have no problem with taking him at #8. He was the top QB on my board prior to his struggles at the Senior Bowl. I love everything about him except the accuracy issues.

I actually agree with this. If you are convinced a QB can be your franchise, you don't wait on him.

I really like this guy. I know some feel that he is not as good as advertised. And I know some point to his stats being little down this year. But in my opinion, and if you watched him play you may agree, a lot of that had to do with his supporting cast. I can't even remember how many times I saw his WR's drop passes this year. If he is still there in the second round, I hope we draft him.

His supporting cast was terrible, not only his WRs but his oline gave him no time to throw. That being said, I doubt he is there in round 2, I'll be shocked if Seattle passes on him with their late first round pick, and there are rumors that Shannahan has always loved him dating back to last year, so he could be a possibility for them at 10.
