We need new blood badly! Something tells me that Munch will be Fisher version 2.0. He coached under Fisher for what, 14 years, gee I wonder where he's learned his coaching philosophy? I want Fewell out of all of those candidates!

Strange how all of the coaches that we're looking at from outside the organization were once on the Bills staff. I wonder if Bud want's to stick it to Ralph Wilson, I know they've had something going for a while? To me Fewell is the best of that bunch by far, he got three wins out of that turd of a team on interim basis! If Bud wants to stick it to Wilson he needs to hire Fewell.

LOL! Talk about mailing it in. They aren't even trying. Maybe he's interviewing for WR coach. I sure hope so.

The Rooney Rule is a joke. I like the idea of giving everybody a fair shot at a job but this is just ridiculous when you interview a minority just to satisfy the rule and never really consider them for the job.

Aside from the big name guys (Dungey, Cowher, Gruden) I like Greg Williams the best. Our defense is struggling right now and being a defensive minded coach, he could come in and get our D on the right track.

I'm surprised that we've not heard the name Brian Billick thrown out there. I wonder if he'd be interested. I hate him for what his Ravens have done to us in the past, but he sure knows how to coach a defense.

I don't see how an O-Line coach (Munch) can come in and be the change this team needs and know enough about defenses and play calling to be effective. Just because he's been with the organization for 27 years isn't a good reason to hire someone.

I agree about the Rooney Rule. It's almost insulting to interview someone who has no shot at the job. I am all for equality, but interviewing someone because you have to is worse to me than not interviewing a minority at all.

I think the Rooney rule is really discriminatory against white coaches. It's the 21st century, the best candidates should interview for the job, white or black. I think it should be the teams decisions exactly who they interview and not have to choose someone based on the colour of their skin.

I get the feeling Ray Sherman may just walk out of this with the WR Coach job...
