Ponder is looking pretty good

 

what about this Kaepernick guy?

 

He's the most mobile QB there and has the strongest arm, but he is a project. He ran a pistol offense in college, so doesn't have experience taking a drop, going through progressions and reading defenses. He also has a long delivery, much like Tebow, that will need to be shortened. Has been described by scouts as VY with a better attitude. I like him, but I like Ponder much better, he's more NFL ready.

 

Locker's stock has dropped this week, his accuracy is well below average and he has zero pocket awareness. Right now he is likely a 2nd round pick, and even there I don't like him. I'd rather have Ponder a round later.

 

Locker is the only one playing that is projected in the 1st round...Ponder is projected in the 3rd, Stanzi the 4th or 5th, and McElroy the 6th or 7th.....Id be more then fine with Ponder in the 3rd...

 

Lot of Von Miller love.

 

I think we may need to start talking about the possibly of taking Ponder in the second round. While I doubt he is rocketing up the draft board I am questioning wither he will be there pass the late second. He has really helped himself IMO.
