No. Locker at #9 is not the answer. Although, if we did have to select a QB at #9, I would take Locker.

I seriously doubt that the Titans will be taking a QB 1st round. Fisher is in the last year of his contract, and he needs to win to save his job. There is not a QB in this draft that can come in and have the "Bradford" effect.

If these jokes are who the titans are thinking of, then clearly the whole front office is Garbage and should be replaced immediately. Its thoughts and decisions like this is what makes this organization utter crap. To be honest we need to draft defense, more so in the CB position.

First of all, what? CB is not our biggest need. Second of all, if our staff wasn't doing its due diligence on every player (especially QB), then they should be replaced immediately. You don't completely ignore every player that performs mediocre in college, that's how you miss out on the Tom Brady's of the draft.

For a start you have no idea how Locker would perform for us after Off season workouts and a full pre season. Only last year was I reading that Locker was the most coveted passer to come out since John Elway, how much could he have lost playing with crap players in Washington. Fast, strong arm, elusive, intelligent and most importantly this week at the senior bowl, it appears he is LEADER.

I would love to trade down to 12th or lower to get Locker but I think Washington will take him at 10. Looking foward to seeing him play in the senior bowl Saturday.

What I would like to see at this point is the Titans acting like they love Ryan Mallett. Maybe they can scare a team like the Redskins into trading ahead of them to take Mallett (which would be a big mistake for that team, in my opinion).

I continue to believe that, as long as the front office thinks he can work out his accuracy issues, Jake Locker is worthy of the #8 pick.

Your guess is as good as mine..

I hope for the best with Locker, and would love him on the Titans. I just don't see us drafting him.

Also I think the Redskins could do D @ #10. Someone like Von Miller or Marcel Dareus would be great for them. Or even one of the WRs: Green or Jones. Not sure what there doing at QB, Snyder will end up doing something stupid though.

I see potential Locker teams as: Titans (8), Redskins (10), Vikings (12), Seattle (25). Personally, I see 'Skins passing, Vikings going after a vet QB: McNabb or Kolb. Seattle at 25 may be the team to get Locker.

I disagree ... none of these Quarterbacks are worth a top 10 pick.
One has serious accuracy issues & can't hold on to the ball (Locker), one has played in a one read offense for the last 4 years (Kaepernick), one has big time off the field issues (Mallett), one has injury issues (Ponder)

So what is our biggest need? It is QB, but are these QB's worthy of a top ten pick or second round even? I don't think they are. I agree though you don't ignore every player in the draft, but how many times has our front office found a Tom Brady?

No one thought Joe Flacco was worthy of a first round pick. You don't judge QBs based on what they did in college. You judge them based on what they have the ability to do as a pro.

I think it's foolish for any of us to claim to know whether Locker or any of these other guys is worthy of a 1st. None of us have the ability to analyze his mechanics like a pro scout can.
