Or do we just keep everything the same, minus our QB, and expect better results?

^ Pretty much what I was going to say.

    Fisher is anti-Change.

BTW I love how he almost lost his job and his response is to do absolutely nothing. No changes, no improvements or attempts. He must really think getting rid of Young will turn it all around.

If he honestly thinks kicking Young to the curb will solve our team's problems, we are in for a very long season. I really hope we mix things up staff wise.

Why would anyone who's not already on the staff want to come here? Fisher has one year left on his deal and he isn't getting an extension unless we make the playoffs. Anyone getting the DC job would probably already be on the staff.

    Fisher hasn't been fired yet.

As long as he can get away with being stupid, he will do his best to stay the course.

Exactly..and he knows there aren't any high expectations in Tennessee. All he has to do is continue to be his mediocre, stale self

Lame duck situation for any legit hires with a one-year HC at the helm and a very likely scenario of big staff turnover the following season. Hell even the coaches currently on staff currently will be sending out resumes halfway through the season if things don't go much better than expected.

I'd expect there's a better chance at seeing a solid FA QB brought in than high profile coordinators..

Though I'm sure the "consensus of the irrational" is that Fisher is sitting on his duff laughing at ownership and fans while he and all his gang of good ol boys will be collecting a check for doing nothing for another season.

im actually suprised we dont get some new staff members.....wouldnt it be a nice spot to land if you are a solid coordinator????its a win win for him.fisher has one year to prove his worth and you get to stay on the staff for a longer deal or you get a year to prove your worth and be a canidate for the head coaching job considering we like to hire in house only here....
