Why has VY not made himself available to the media?

For 2 quarters until then he had some kind of mental issue.

Could have been a panic attack but many have said that he didn't want to come out and play the 2nd half.

 

No. One reported it and everyone else believed it.

 

Scheffler made the claim but when referenced today it's stated as fact.

Certainly when someone says Vince played in the playoffs in 06 as a good thing it has to be mentioned.

I thought he played very well this season and neither the hand or the knee injuries were his fault.

Personally I loved him giving both barrels to Fisher but then he turtled and disappeared.

Vince can play the position well but I don't think he's cut out for the job psychologically. With all the drama over the past 5 years I'm inclined to believe the allegations that he quit at half time in the 06 wildcard game.

 

It's still not "many have said". It's more many have quoted or referenced Scheffler.

Being a good QB and being a good QB who can produce on a consistent basis without drama every other game are two different things. So to say we will not get a QB as good as Vince is very debatable.

 

Understand, but the post does not say that. The post says that we have NEVER been to the playoffs with him at QB.

I just want us to have our facts right when we make a claim such as this, ON BOTH SIDES.

 

I would believe this post except for the fact that we all know Vince can't read words or defenses.
