Two of them are just as irreplaceable to my employee team as CJ/Britt are to The Titans - but thanks for assuming anyway. And I suspect both of my guys will be here long after both of those guys move on from The Titans.

****y comparison? whatever.. You missed the point entirely. The point was about a friend standing up for another friend - happens in the real world just as it does on a team.

But wait........I thought the entire team had VYs back?

VY apologists, where are you. You went from whole team to half the team to CJ and Britt? Not looking good.

So you're saying knuckleheads are as important at your work than Britt and CJ are to the Titans...This explains a lot.

Uh try reading the article maybe? Scaife basically said that the whole offense loves VY and has his back. & how many important players do we really have on the defense? looks like most of our good players are supporting VY. Griffin is pretty much on Vinces side as well. I bet most of the defense wants whoever can score the most points for the offense & let the D get some rest, which at this point and in 2011 would be Vince Young.

    This is what Scaife said:

To me it sounds like most everybody wants him back.... especially the offensive players. (How could they not? They've been stinking it up without him)

    He also said this:

We have only heard Jeff Fisher's version.... So, to me this means that JF isn't telling the truth about what happened and is spinning it to make VY look bad....

The problem is to wrongs don't make a right. In handling his issue in an immature way Young has once again proven that he his immature.

It really doesn't matter if Bo Scaife/Chris Johnson/Kenny Britt/Barrack Obama/The Pope/George W. Bush/Sean "P. Diddy" Combs/Snoop Dogg/Santa Claus/Jesus/Buddha believe that Fisher had it coming and the Vince is in the right; he wasn't.

There is absolutely nothing gain by throwing half your uniform into the stands and then cussing out your coach in the locker room. It does nothing beneficial for the organization and only creates turmoil in the locker room.

Because of the egos of our head coach and 'star' quarterback our locker room is in position that they need to take sides. People are looking more towards whose side they're taking rather then the fact it is BOTH parties fault that they are taking sides at all!

I'll agree with you to a point, both have taken actions that have created the divide. But, I simply don't see Vince's actions as "immature", he wasn't haveing a tantrum he was calling out his Coach after having reached the breaking point on the trust issue. He was disgusted. He cursed. Something most men do when angry, including when it is rightious anger, not just when it emotionalism.

The biz about throwing "half his uniform" in the stands is over-dramatized BS by Fisher designed to make what happend later appear illigitimate. VY pulled his jersey/pads off and gave the jersey to a specific person he could name. I don't truly know what happened with the pads other than some say they ended up in the stands. Vince said he throws parts of his uniform/gear to people in the stands after every game, and this time was no special exception. Did he look angry when tossing aside the pads? I don't know. Have witnesses who use their names come forward since with details? Maybe y'all know, I do not. I've also heard stadium personnel retrieved the pads and took them to the locker room which jives with VY saying he still had his pads and not to believe everything you hear.

Those who know more actual details are welcome to share.

As to the O being solid for VY and there being division amongst other players, it makes sense that some players just can't go with a player cursing the coach no matter how provoked he felt at the time. But, its also interesting to note that many of the people who have Tweeted with Vince since the events are Defensive players, so that side of the bench is of more than one opinion it would seem.

As to who is most to blame for trouble in a locker room. The Coach is. Its their job to manage the personalities on their team. This season, Fisher has done about as poor a job of that as it's possible to do.

I think most here would agree that Fisher has been immature about this situation as well.... He's the coach. He's much older than Vince. He has lost this team and is ultimately responsible.

NFL players are all immature. Shoot, look at Brett Farve.... He's 40 and he has defied his coach, doesn't show up for training camp year in and year out, and is sending pics of his d**k to 20 year old hotties....

Yes we all know that both were immature and have handled this horribly but we are past that now, and we have to move on for what's best for the team in 2011.

So obviously one of the two has to be gone at least if we want to have any success next year and it makes the most sense to me to get rid of Fisher & give Vince his final contract year with a new coach. A lot of people say hey we should get rid of both obviously & I can see why people would want that...But we wont win more than 5 games next year with Kerry or some other random QB & Jeff Fisher, but if we have VY & a new coach & our current offense stays intact with some changes on D, I see no reason why we couldn't be a playoff team.
