Fisher and Titans are completely lost without Vince Young.

i rather have a good offense and a bad defense then a suck face offense and defense.

kick Vy and Collins to the curb, Kick Fisher and Chuck Cecil to the curb.

look what Brafford is doing for the Rams. or Matty Ice is doing for the Falcons, or Rex Ryan doing for the Jets.

all Bud cares about is seeing VY play and seeing home games sell out.

Oh wow dbc found a way to talk about Cutler. I'm picturing a large collage of Jay Cutler on his bedroom wall.

 

I'm not a VY hater. I think he has so much ability it's crazy. And when he's on, he's a great leader...gives everyone hope. HE IS A Winner. But, he isn't a qb that can play through hurt and he allows small things to get in his head. He can DEFINATELY win games, but can he manage an entire season w/o drama or injury? At this point I'm not sure. AND I LOVE VY.

Chow wasn't sold on him. Fisher wasn't sold on him. Dinger didn't appear sold on him. I think the problem isn't JUST the coaching...it's a combination of coaching and not having steady leadership.

You're talking about a coaching staff that said Kerry Collins was our best chance at winning after an 0-6 start last season. And today, he was our best chance at winning-with a gimpy hand and leg. I wouldn't bet the coaching staff could evaluate anything at this point.

 

I suppose.Still, I dont think its right to judge him solely on how the texan pass D ranks considering the lifelessness our team showed from the first snap.

But if its an issue with experience in the NFL, I can get that.

 

Sorry, it's not like the team has really done anything outside of winning regular season games with Vince Young. He's also never won a playoff game, and never made the playoffs without the defense dragging him there. He's also injury prone, yea face it, he is. He's also immature, and a quitter. And quite frankly he's not a great passer. I've seen enough quitting the last 2 years from this team. All the quitters on this team need cut that includes Fisher and that includes Young.

 

Enough of the VY crap, he sucks, Kerry is washed up, Rusty is a 6 round "hopefully someday". Bottom line we don't have a legitimate QB we can count on...period. VY has been here 5 years and what do we have to show for it? Not one Playoff win, a lot of Int. and fumbles, injuries and drama. We we're 5-5 with Vince as our starer this year, I don't know about you but that doesn't get me jumping for joy.

I've always liked Fisher but, I think it it might be time to just clean house. My biggest fear is we end up like Denver but ever since we lost Swartz and Haynesworth our defense has been down right horrible and I don't think Haynesworth made that big of an impact as to make us drop from 2nd in points allowed and I think we were 7th over all defense in '08 to virtually last over the past two years so while big Al did make a difference I don't think we should have fallen that far that fast based on him alone...so the only other explanation is Cecil.

Again, while I've always liked Fisher I'm beginning to think it's time to move on...you VY guys just NEVER give up. I suggest you give up on him too because if you look around the league the consistently dominant teams have a strong defense and a Real FRANCHISE QB, emphasis on the franchise QB.

 

Give up. It's the same group that thought McNair should be replaced by O'Donnell.

 

I'm all for getting a new franchise Qb I just don't see him in the Draft I take Luck Mallet has bust all over him please no Cam. With out a strong rebuilt defense we will be terrible for years to come.
