PK hasn't liked Vince since 2006, he has some good points about the Titans' qb situation from time to time but I feel like a lot of his work on the subject is very biased. That said, I follow his column daily and think he covers a lot of good issues and has a good deal of insider information.

^^^^My gosh, it looks like it pains PK to even discuss VY. Wait a minute...those painful facial expressions might resemble mine when I listen to PK's arrogant mouth. This man really thinks he's a gift to ESPN. I wish they'd promote him to some high paying job in a foreign market.

I wonder what PK's deal is.

The slanted writing is so unprofessional.

Here's a "what if" scenario I'd like to get you guys opinion on:

What if Vince takes a nose dive this year? The rest of the year his play is more similar to the Steelers game than last years Cardinals game. During the offseason he doesn't sign an extention and it's obvious that it will be his last year in TN. The Titans have a top 15 pick in the draft. Do they draft a highly touted QB coming out like Locker or Mallett, or do they like Rusty enough to give him a shot in year 2?

If you're in position to take a guy who you think is a franchise qb, you pull the trigger.

Chances are if Vince plays as poorly as that scenario he won't be back 2011 anyway.

Well the first thing that's gonna happen is Paul Kuharsky, Ewker, Merril Hoge, Pacman hof, Nate, Jim Wyatt, dbc5631 and Jeff Fisher will have a party to celebrate Vince Young's failure.

I imagine that on draft day the Titans will then select Mallett if he is available.

Of course, such a high pick on a QB would be pointless if Fisherball would still be the norm...

Lots of people wanted Favre to fail, he didn't. Get it? It doesn't mean a damn if "we" want him to fail. If he fails it's because he wasn't good enough. Fisherball has produced 1 of the 5 NFL MVPs at the QB position in the past decade. The two best QBs of the decade had defensive minded coaches.

You think McNair could win an MVP in Tennessee but Manning wouldn't win multiples here?

If Fisher had a Manning or Brady their numbers would be the exact same if not better. Don't be foolish. Collins and Young aren't in the same hemisphere as Manning and Brady.

I doubt that many Packers fans and Packer media wanted Favre to fail. It's actually rather annoying how many fans he has.

And of course it doesn't mean anything that some fans and the media want Young to fail, I was merely making a joke.

As for Manning and Brady, do you honestly believe the two of them came into the league the way they are now? "Don't be foolish."

They had to be groomed and taught. Of course, they had to have the talent for the position, but they had people around them that could help them to be successful at the position.

Jeff Fisher could not have taken Tom Brady and made him THE Tom Brady.

He would have been an average quarterback, and completely ruined.
