That he is obsessive about his landscaping?

That he had a personal trainer in JULY?

Seriously, do you have anything to substantiate that Haynesworth straight up lied about working out with the Redskins last year?

Or because he had a personal trainer he worked with in July that means he didn't workout with the Skins in March?

Anyone who works out on their own can't handle the workouts the team comes up with. The team will obviously come up with football workouts and not beach workouts. It use to annoy me to see guys on my teams in the past not show up to the workouts that I was killing myself to do.

If you do your own thing, do it on top of the teams.

C.J. would be better if he listened to Fisher, and came in for the teams workouts. Wow I'm shocked I said that, but I think its true.

I agree with you JC, as good as CJ is and as intense as his own personal workouts may be, he would still be better to workout with the team AND do his own thing on top of those team workouts. Makes perfect sense to me too, and it is a bit shocking to agree with Fish after losing so much respect for him lately.

    That's a total lie.

"ANYONE" who works out on their own can't handle the workouts the team comes up with?

It's ridiculous to think that it's impossible to workout harder as an individual than with a team.

Yeah and that maybe CJ should do both? Workout on his own and with the team. Yeah sounds smart. That must mean he'll be double better.

He should of re-signed with the Titans for cheaper, or taken that 120Mil the Bucs offered him.

I never said he lied about working out with the Skins. I said he used the same personal trainers all along. He had the same personal trainers last year as he did the year before, and the year before, and he's using them again this year. He presented it like all he did was work out with the Skins. He's being deceitful. He's talking like the Skins turned him into a slacker. He's talking like he's doing something different to become dominant again. All he's doing different is missing out on valuable time with his team that could accelerate his learning of a new scheme.

He used to do the same thing here. If it hadn't been for his contract years, we would have never seen his potential, and I'd say it's unlikely anyone will again. He got what he was after. Glad he's their problem now.

I read it like he feels he can improve more working out with his trainer versus the Redskins voluntary workout program which he attended last year.

Didn't his best years with us come when he didn't attend our workouts?

We'll see how his career turns out.

Right, but he's presenting it like he didn't work out with the same personal trainers from his '07 and '08 seasons. He did. The entire transcript of the interview is out there somewhere. I read the PFT article as well, which is BS. It twists his words around badly. So I wouldn't pay attention to that, but the thing that stuck out to me in the real interview on Sirius was how he kept saying that he's getting back to the basics, training with the same trainers that trained him in TN and how he worked out with the Skins last year and it didn't help.

Number one, they have an entirely new training staff.

Number two, Voluntary workouts aren't that long. Much of it is film study. He still had the same personal trainers last offseason. Can he really blame a short interim for voluntary workouts for his lack of conditioning? Give me a break.

As well as his worst years.

I still don't understand why some fans here seem to keep love for Haynesworth. Maybe it's because of his UT days. Here, he had two dominant years when he needed to most. I'll give him that much. His first five years, however, he didn't do much. Furthermore, he had a blatant disregard for the law, picked fights with teammates and coaches, performed the most disgusting act on the field I've ever seen, received the longest suspension is nfl history (only to be upped by another Titan later), and pulled the same crap he's now pulling with the Skins with us annually.
