Where do you guys (and girls) think this feller will be drafted?

Personally, I vote early 2nd. I think either the 49ers, Seahaws, Bills, Jags, or Patriots will gobble him up in the early 2nd. Tebows throwing style is horrible, you can't throw like that your whole life than change it in a month. He's a great athlete and is a great person. He could be a great QB, but he could be a no-body.

He was invited to the draft, so somebody in the NFL has to think he's getting taken in the first. I chose the 2nd. ..what do you think?

I think he was invited to the draft based solely on his popularity (and if he's smart and wants to save himself some embarrassment he won't go). I doubt any NFL execs realistically expect him to be taken in the first round. The guy probably deserves to go in the 3rd-4th round but I could easily see someone grabbing him in the 2nd based on his raw talent and character alone. I personally think he will be drafted by a team that has the luxury of grooming him for awhile rather than a team who needs QB help ASAP. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the Pats drafted him, especially considering they have three 2nd round picks.

    Voted late 2nd round btw.

He shouldn't go earlier than rnd 3 but could definitely go late 2. While his intangibles are great (excellent leader, tremendous worker, will try and run through you to win and won't back down) but his skills are very lacking (bad offense, doesn't really read defenses, accuracy problems even when in shorts with zero pressure, super long throwing motion he's cleaning up, hasn't done 3, 5, or 7 step drops in games and fumbled a bucnh of times at the Senior Bowl). He's fast for a QB but not VY fast and he's not elusive. He'll take a LOT of hits trying to run the ball in the NFL and he'll get hurt doing it.

Like SawDust said, his BEST situation would be getting drafted in rnd 2 late by a team that can groom him and perhaps use him a little in the wildcat/short yardage/goal line situations.

I was gonna say #1 overall, but the Rams already have a future HOF in Bulger.

SO, I'll go ahead and say he goes #16 overall.

Hopefully the US Army drafts him, and we never see him again.

but at least this way... he does some good for someone while vanishing after the draft.

Yeah, well. I blame ESPN for my Tebow hatred.

What's funny is people on ESPN say things like "I don't understand the Tebow hate, are they jealous? Do they not like that he's so religious? Why?"

Too close to the forest to see the trees.

As for Tebow I voted 3rd round, could be mid 2nd, could even be first if one team decides to be an idiot. Where he should be drafted is different. A late round draft pick/undrafted is where he should go. Just too many cons over pros.

    Pros: Leadership, productive, winner, mobile.
Cons: Gimmick offense, terrible throwing motion and footwork, same system as NFL bust Alex Smith, poor footwork, running style wont work in NFL, just now refining throwing motion.

There's just no reason to think based on history that Tebow will be a great NFL starter.
