Almost every poll had VT as having the hardest schedule in the nation.

I've got the excuse: Those teams arent that bad- they just beat up on each other. :ha:

But OSU fans don't care about Clarett anymore, it's beyond old news. I do find it funny that you were quick to reply to the post where I made fun of JaMarcus Russell. More proof that SEC fans (whether they know it or not) simply jump from one team to another, to make it seem like it makes their own team look better. It doesn't. Tennessee would be just as bad and average if they played in the Big East.

They get all mad and defensive when you call them out on it. That's part of the facade.

You bring up Haynesworth/Stallworth/Russell and you write an essay after i bring up clarett. Where have I jumped from team to team? but you apparently get your jollies from randomly naming busts but get so defensive about someone you "dont care about anymore". Makes sense.

Maurice Clarrett had mafia ties, tried to sue the NCAA, and left college early because he had a big head(and had to pay back the mafia)

Everything bad that happened to MoClar was his fault and to use him as a posterboy of a conference is irresponsible and intellectually dishonest.

Thats like using Pacman jones to classify the entire AFC south

I don't recally getting defensive, I just said I didn't care about him anymore, he's old news. Sure he was a great player and had potential to be a big star but he wasted his talent. If your going to try to make fun of OSU then pick someone else. What I found interesting is you quick to attack when I mentioned Russell, why should you care? You shouldn't but you do because he was an SEC guy and at one time you were an LSU fan because they played for the national championship and as we all know SEC fans flock to the best team in their conference when their own teams fail.

I was trying to find one of those. All the ones I saw had VT's sos ranked anywhere from 8th to 25th.

So i take it you always root for the NFC team in the Super Bowl because heaven forbid you root for a team from the AFC otherwise you might risk looking like a homer.

I had found more, but cant now somehow... and only one of those have them at #1.

Point is and was: They had a harder schedule than Florida.

VTech did start their season against Alabama and finished with Tennessee.

Two SEC opponents, no wonder their strength of schedule was so high.
