Your team gave us all we could handle. I believe your QB is going to be a keeper .

ME? Me pretending? You're acting like Momentum is some cartoon character that jumps around on the field from team to team.

You're telling me that 3 minutes for overtime changed momentum while 2 minutes for a timeout wouldn't have. You're telling me that sending a message to the team that you don't believe in them is some logical way to GAIN momentum?

    This is silly.

I thought that was the most chickenbleep moment in jeff fisher's career!

Totally gutless to not take the TOs and try to win the game when your defense is tired.

Oh stop it! The dolphins had 50 seconds and one TO to go 65 yards. Every single person watching the game knew that the dolphins only wanted to run out the clock and had no inclination to do anything else but run the ball.

We did stop those running plays didn't we? They did not even get a first down did they?

3 TOs and we are getting the ball back with 20+ seconds left around mid field or closer.

Fisher's decision was total chicken caca!

I actually liked the decision...considering the way things were going for Miami...eff that I'll take Overtime

and hell, we won...Maybe thats why he's a head coach and we're all average joes..

^yeah. He had it planned the whole time. That's why he let them score 18 unanswered too. It was all his plan to win.

I don't WANT to admit it but you're right. Except for maybe the run the ball part. I think the t.o. would entice them to take a few passing plays. I'd just rather listen to the reasoning, i.e. injuries, giving up the big play, maybe winning the toss. The Titans won the game. Maybe it was a chicken move, that's fair... Remember when we beat the Colts in the final moments and Dungy used his timeout that made it possible for us to win?

did we? Call t/o and it looks like they are going to get the first down. 2nd and 4 from the 8 with :48 seconds to go is a passing down and distance. One laser over the middle, and you know that Dolphin qb has talent... we could have screwed ourselves...

Where your argument has merit so does the other side of the coin. The Titans won the game on that gamble. That's all that matters.

There was no way the dolphins were going to throw the ball from inside their own 10 with a tie score. No way! They just wanted to run the clock out and so apparently did jeff fisher.

    Great post!

Why the dolphins even handed the ball off.

They assumed fisher would call timeouts which is why they ran normal running plays to try and get the first down. Had they known that fisher was going to chicken out they would have never let the ball leave the QBs hand and just sneaked it a couple of times.
