SUMMARY: Tennessee Titans owner Bud Adams feels coaching is one of the reasons his team is 0-6 entering their bye week but won't make any moves during the season. When asked if replacing Coach Jeff Fisher was an option, Adams said: "If we end up losing every game or don't look better, I'd have to look at that pretty hard, you know what I mean? The way it is going, I don't know if we'll win any games, and that is unheard of in the National Football League." Asked if he's worried about his job security, Fisher said: "You know, I am going to keep fighting. I'm just going to keep working. You know the staff didn't forget how to coach in the offseason. … It doesn't happen. You don't forget how to coach overnight. What we have to do is find a way to win a ballgame."

Well then....one thing you can say about Adams, you know what he is thinking. No dancing around with him...

Believe it or not, I am actually optimistic. Playoffs are definitely out (been out since losing to the Hags, IMO), but I think that we end the season well (maybe being a homer here....but oh well, that's what I am).

Thank You Bud Adams!! Fisher needs "FIRE" under his Arse. Bud please hire Shannahan or Cowher.. I would be happy with either one!

    My, My, My!

Coaches won't be fired mid-season? Tell that to Phillips Sr. and Zorn. Fisher may find the heat more than to his liking.

He is just as expendable as Bud wants to make him.

A joke around the NFL..... This little bird wanted to play football, but everywhere he tried out, he got the 'tar' beat out of him. So he asked to be traded to the Titans....why? Because they never beat ANYBODY!

I'm not sure that Bud knows when it is time to change his underwear any more, much less his coaching staff.

Im not mad that he's waiting till after the season. JF mad this bed so let him lay in it the rest of the season. After this season they're should be some good names out there..I just hope that Bud is willing to look OUTSIDE the organization and not be so afraid of change..which I think is this organizations biggest issue

I just don't think there is anyone that is a huge upgrade over Fisher. Yeah, Cowher won a title but it took him 14-15 and an owner being loyal after bad seasons.

I agree with Adams..A coaching change now would only create more disarray..Play the season out and then get rid of coaches as necessary.

Surely you jest.... This isn't a 'Season'. It's a collective nightmare. It can't get much worse. Go to ESPN, listen to the Dilfer (who I hate) radio talk. He sums it up very succinctly. The team has quit on Fisher. Jeff has just coached this team 'too long'. He has 'lost his voice' (meaning they aren't listening anymore).

If there is a 'Season' to be saved, get a new coach NOW! Otherwise were are just pixxing in the wind.
