This game has been ever so nerve-wracking.

 

Great way to end the half, could have been better but I'm honestly not complaining. We don't have any major injuries, they could be missing 3 starters now and Polamalo is their most important defender. It definately looks like his MCL has gone.

 

My legs were sprung and ready to jump through the roof if Finny would have made that one...

My first half thoughts...
Hope.... my message to you, don't bite on Benny's pumps... he does it more than there are terrible towels in heinz field.

Quit running Johnson, up the gut... he needs space, from the great movie Joe Dirt "damn boy ever' body know at."

D-looks good, but you've gotta make tackles... no one arm bullshiz

Britt is running great routes, but he's gotta come back to the ball... also he shoulda defended the Polamahlu INT...

Should be a better fine tuned second half

Finny for six to end the half would have paid some back on the Cards' behalf... He actually got further than I expected.

I hope Polamalu comes back in the second half. I wanna beat these guys clean, not because their best defender got hurt.

Any idea why Hawkins isn't dressed?

 

I'm not 100% with the rules of college football, but I don't think a guy needs to be touched when on the ground for him to be down. It sure looked like Britt thought he was down as he wasn't expecting to get jacked up by that other safety/corner.
